We apply the least toxic, safest disinfectant on the market. Our state of the art electrostatic sprayers and atomized foggers distribute the Hypochlorous Acid, a safe cousin of chlorine, that has been shown to the be least toxic and safest disinfectant on the market. It is not only powerful, but safe for humans, animals and the environment.
Our safe disinfectant solution kills 99.999% of the pathogens it comes in contact with and our trained professionals will disinfect your halls, walls and surfaces. Services are billed based on square footage and special packages can be arranged depending on frequency and size of your job. We offer daily, weekly and monthly packages.

We utilize several state-of-the-art applicators to disinfect your spaces so you can get back to business. Using our industrial nebulizers we fog your rooms with the safest and least toxic disinfectant on the market, known as Hypochlorous Acid, or HOCL. This fogging will kill up to 90% of all threats on all surfaces and most certainly anything that is airborne. We also employ VB Guardian, our portable 5-in-1 Electrostatic Sprayers to spray high-touch areas killing every pathogenic threat in the room. We can service large and small homes and businesses with prices at just pennies a square foot.
We show up on time everytime.
No, our products are not harmful to children or pets. The concentrated, multi-purpose disinfectant and sanitizer of Effersan hypochlorous offers 100 times more killing power than traditional bleach and is also safer. It’s safe enough for food surfaces, yet also tough enough for hospitals. It is a non-corrosive, non-toxic, mild pH formula that kills pathogens, but is gentle on skin, pets, plants, and fabrics.
In general art is less likely to be handled and therefore not potentially a virus threat. Our techs take care to avoid direct application to obvious artwork. Please take a moment to show our tech any areas you feel should be avoided during treatment.
Fogging and Spraying are two different things.
Droplet Diameter
The first key difference between disinfectant foggers and electrostatic sprayers is the size of the droplets. The average human hair is 100-microns in diameter. To be considered a fogger, the droplet diameter needs to be less than 40-microns. Electrostatic sprayers have a droplet diameter size that is larger than 40-microns but less than 100-microns. So, both options are considered very fine droplets, and both provide even coverage.
Fogging creates droplets are less than 40 microns in diameter.
When the droplet size is less than 40-microns, it floats through the air and eventually settles on surfaces. At less than 40-microns, the droplet doesn’t have enough volume to be sprayed onto surfaces. As a result, you need the fog to fill the entire area to be effective.
Spraying creates droplets that are larger than 40 microns in diameter.
Viruserv electrostatic sprayers have a droplet size of 60-microns and larger. Therefore, the droplets have enough volume to be sprayed onto the surface that you desire to disinfect.
Disinfectant Fogging is DRY
Disinfectant fogging is a ‘dry’ application. It can neutralize aerosolized pathogens by atomizing the liquid disinfectant into the air.
Electrostatic Spraying is WET
Electrostatic disinfectant sprayers apply a ‘wet’ solution to surfaces and kill bacteria and pathogens. Always refer to your chemical manufacturer’s recommended dwell-time to effectively kill the pathogens. Some chemicals need to stay wet longer than others to be effective.
When to Use a Fogger or Electrostatic Sprayer?
Typically, use electrostatic sprayers when you need to disinfect your surfaces quickly. By placing an electric charge to the disinfectant, the EPA has determined that the disinfectant forms a liquid ‘encapsulation.’ This ‘encapsulation’ reduces run-off by 98.6%, and the reduced runoff virtually eliminates cross-contamination of pathogens.
Disinfectant Foggers fill an entire area. Since the disinfectant fog lingers in the air, it can neutralize airborne pathogens. Recently, the CDC and many other studies have determined that most COVID-19 transmission has been airborne. Therefore, disinfectant fogging machines can be an excellent choice.
There are benefits to both electrostatic sprayers and disinfectant fogging machines.
With electrostatic sprayers, you can quickly apply disinfectant on surfaces, which saves time and money. Whereas the disinfectant from our fogger machines float through the air, so it takes longer for the fog to fill your space.
Our disinfectants are EPA-Registered and are in accordance with the CDC guidelines. It is non-hazardous yet highly effective in eliminating pathogens on all types of surfaces including metal, wood, glass, tile, and even fabric without causing any damage.
99.9% effective in disinfecting for many types of common viruses.
Our techs are clean, professional and friendly. Each job the tech opens our sealed safety kit and dons new facemask, gloves, face shield and booties
For environments where there has been a known exposure our techs are equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). (full-face gas mask, rubber hazmat suit, and nitrile gloves.)
